Amanda Nixon A.N.C.D.T.A

Amanda is no stranger to the world of dance, having been introduced by her Mam (Val) to classes at the ripe old age of 2.
She was also inspired and encouraged to persue a career in dance by her Mam, who also dances and has done for 50 years.
Over the years Amanda has performed in and choreographed various amateur and professional productions.
She took part in her first ever show aged 2, also took her first exam aged 2.

Amanda was also a member of "The Brampton Players".
After having many sucessful amateur roles, this lead to Amanda being selected to perform in professional productions.
After 18 years of various productions, she then took her teaching exam aged 18, and became a fully qualified dance teacher with the N.C.D.T.A.
Amanda also works closely with charities and the disabled, also children with special needs.
She now runs a class for children with special needs, not only do the children benefit from the musical stimulation,
they also love joining in with the dances!
